These Terms govern purchases and use of digital products made available through Auvantor.

Digital products

Auvantor offers digital resources intended to help customers perform specific professional or operational tasks. Product pages describe the content and intended use of each product before purchase.

Purchases and payment

Prices and currency are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed by the payment provider identified during checkout and may be subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.

Delivery

Products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information needed to complete delivery and for maintaining access to their purchase.

License and acceptable use

Unless a product states otherwise, a purchase grants the customer a non-exclusive license to use the digital product for their own personal or internal business purposes. The product may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or made available as a competing product.

No guaranteed outcomes

Auvantor products provide tools, templates, information, or operational resources. Results depend on how they are used and on circumstances outside Auvantor's control. No specific business, financial, legal, or other outcome is guaranteed.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy.

Changes and availability

Auvantor may improve, update, replace, or discontinue products or services. Changes do not remove rights already provided to customers for completed purchases except where required for security, legal compliance, or prevention of abuse.
